Contact RepairClue
The fastest way to reach RepairClue is by email at contact@repairclue.com. Messages are read by the site’s editor, Kadir Özbek.
Corrections
If a guide contains a mistake, an outdated part number or a step that did not match your model, please email with the page address and what you found. Corrections are reviewed and, when confirmed, the guide is updated and its “Updated” date changes. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
Guide suggestions
Tell us what broke and what you already tried. Suggestions that come up repeatedly are the main way new guides get chosen.
What we cannot help with
RepairClue cannot diagnose a specific home remotely, recommend individual contractors or answer emergencies. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. For electrical burning smells, sparking or a breaker that will not stay off, shut off power at the main panel if it is safe to do so and call a licensed electrician.
Response time
Emails are usually answered within a few business days. Please include the make and model of the fixture or appliance if your question is about a specific repair, since the right answer often depends on it. Advertising and sponsorship requests are not accepted for guide content.
